Seasoned to perfection served with potatoes, vegetables, lemons, and tartar sauce

Chicken Marsala – $17

Sautéed chicken breast served in Marsala wine and mushroom reduction, accompanied with rice and vegetables

Choice of Potato: Red Parslied Potatoes, Whipped Potatoes with Gravy, Oven Roasted Lemon Brown Potatoes, Roasted Red Potatoes with Olive Oil and Rosemary, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf.

Choice of Vegetable: Green Beans Almondine, California Blend, Steamed Broccoli & Glazed Carrots, Braised Italian Cut Green Beans, Corn with Red Pimentos, Fresh, Yellow and Green Zucchini.

Proposed Funeral Luncheon options cost between $17-$19 per person + service charge (21%) + tax (7%).
