Proposed Cocktail Menu options:   $18 per person + service charge (20%) + tax (7%)

Served on display: Choose 3

-Tomato Bisque Soup Shooter – Served with mini grilled cheese sandwiches

-Roasted Red pepper Hummus – with grilled pita bread

-Vegetable Crudités display – Carrot batons, red and green pepper, celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower florets,
cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and dill dip.

-Domestic Cheese display – Aged cheddar, feta, pepper jack, smoked Gouda, gruyere and garnished with grapes.

-Honey BBQ Chicken Wings/Drummies – Tossed in our house-made honey BBQ Sauce.

-Tomato Basil Bruschetta – Diced Roma Tomatoes tossed and blended together with garlic, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil.  Served with sliced French bread.

– Italian Style Meatball – Mini meatballs served on our house-made tomato sauce.

-Roasted Pepper Hummus – Served with toasted pita bread.

-Mini Burger “Sliders” with Cheese & Grilled Onions
